1. No Refund Policy
Techno Cards currently does not offer any refunds for orders placed on our website.
We only provide replacements in eligible cases (explained below).
No monetary refund will be issued under any circumstance.
2. Replacement Eligibility
You are eligible for a free replacement only if:
✔ Damaged Product Received
Product is physically broken, torn, cracked, or dented on arrival.
✔ Size Issue
Product size differs from what was shown/described on the website.
✔ Color Issue
Color delivered clearly differs from the ordered product.
✔ Wrong Product Delivered
Different model/variant/item received.
3. Replacement Window
You must request a replacement within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Requests after this timeframe cannot be accepted.
4. Mandatory Proof – Unboxing Video
To approve a replacement, we require:

A clear unboxing video starting before the package is opened

Order details
Requests without an unboxing video will NOT be accepted.
This is required to ensure fairness and transparency.
5. Conditions for a Valid Replacement
A product will be replaced only if:

It is unused and in original condition

All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

The issue is clearly visible in the unboxing video

Claim is raised within 48 hours
6. Non-Replaceable Situations
Replacements will not be provided if:

No unboxing video is provided

Product is used, damaged after delivery, or altered

Customer dislikes the product after receiving it

Minor color/texture variations due to lighting/screen differences

Wrong address or failed delivery due to customer unavailability
