Techno Cards is an ecommerce store offering home décor, lifestyle products, creative accessories, and many other useful items at affordable prices.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds.
We only provide replacements in specific cases:

  • Damaged product

  • Size issue

  • Color issue

  • Wrong product delivered

For all replacements, an unboxing video is mandatory.

How do I request a replacement?

To request a replacement, contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the product:

Do you offer refunds?

No. We currently do not provide refunds.
Only replacements are available for eligible issues.

What are the delivery timelines?

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–9 days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 days

Delivery may vary based on courier services and location.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a:

  • Tracking link

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier name

Just click the link to check your order status anytime.

Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we deliver across India.
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major online payment options including:

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net banking

  • Wallet payments

All payments are secure via third-party payment gateways.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 1–2 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped.
After shipping, cancellation is not possible.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If your order is still unshipped, contact us immediately.
If it’s already shipped:

  • Delivery may fail

  • You may need to pay additional re-shipping charges

  • Refund is not available

What should I do if I receive a damaged or tampered parcel?

Do NOT use the product.
Record a clear unboxing video and contact us within 24–48 hours for assistance.

Will the actual product look exactly like the photos?

We try to show products as accurately as possible.
However, slight color or texture differences may occur due to lighting, cameras, or screen settings. These minor variations are not considered defects.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?e

Yes, COD is available on select products and locations.
