This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered when you purchase from technocards.in.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–9 days

  • Remote / Village Areas: 7–12 days

These are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to festivals, weather, courier load, or unforeseen situations.

We always try our best to ensure fast and safe delivery.


3. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted and reputable courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout.
Some products or orders may qualify for Free Shipping based on offers or cart value.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link

  • Courier name

  • Tracking ID

You can track the real-time status of your delivery using the provided link.


6. Wrong Address or Delivery Failure

Please make sure your address and contact details are correct.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Wrong phone number

  • Customer not available

  • Courier unable to contact the customer

If re-delivery is required, additional shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that looks:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

  • Tampered

Please record a video while opening the parcel and contact us within 24–48 hours with:

  • Unboxing video

  • Photos

  • Order ID

This is necessary to request a replacement (as per our Replacement Policy).


8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within India.


9. Order Cancellation After Shipping

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
Cancellation is only possible within 1–2 hours of placing the order (before dispatch).


10. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather issues

  • Courier delays

  • Festivals or holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote locations
